Mobile apps · iPhone · Android

Mobile apps your customers and team will actually use.

From first sketch to the App Store and Google Play: customer apps, team tools and companions to the systems you already run. Honestly scoped and yours to keep.

  • iPhone and Android
  • Fixed scope and price before we build
  • You own the code and the developer accounts

Apps that earn a place on the home screen

A good app does one job well, and does it faster than the alternative. We start with the job: who it is for and what they need to do in the first minute.

  • Customer apps

Booking, ordering, loyalty and customer accounts.

  • Team and field apps

Checklists, inspections, job cards, approvals and stock counts.

  • Companion apps

Dashboards, alerts and approvals for the systems you already run.

Not every job needs a store app. When a mobile-friendly web tool will do it is quicker to build and cheaper to keep, and we will say so.

Our own apps

Two Android apps from Kindly Made, our own app studio. A taste of what we build when the client is us.

Mobile app questions

Do you build for both iPhone and Android?

Yes. We plan every app for both stores, and we will tell you honestly if a web app would serve you better.

How much does a mobile app cost, and how long does it take?

Every app is quoted after a short discovery, because scope varies enormously. You approve a fixed scope and price before we build, and we are upfront about the running costs too. We agree the timeline in the scoping call and deliver in visible milestones, so you see working screens early.

Who owns the app, and what do the stores cost?

You do. Your code, data and accounts stay yours, and apps are published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts. Apple and Google charge their own developer fees, paid directly by you. If you ever leave, we hand over access and documentation.

Got an app in mind?

Tell us who it is for and what it should do. We will say honestly whether an app, a web app or something simpler is the right fix.
